PARKING

Parking this year will be on site in the lower pasture. Folow the sandwich boards to the parking area 100' south of 1335 S Woodbine Road.

Please wear shoes or boots suitable for walking from the pasture to the sale.

HANDICAPPED SPOTS will be available at the top of the pasture closer to the entrance of the sale.

Guests can also drop off people at the main paved driveway and have their driver park in the lower pasture.

We will also have a few golf carts to help bring guests and their goods to and from their cars.

Artists Greenhouse Sale is just days away, Saturday, May 30 from 9-4 and Sunday, May 31 from 11-3. In addition to the work of 20 local artists, come and enjoy 4th Quarter Farm in full bloom, and purchase a beautiful bouquet to take home! We miss her dearly, and the sale continues in her honor thanks to her son Andy and his wife Jessica.

Andy shares the news that this year, because of the nice weather, parking for the sale will be on site in the lower pasture. Follow the sandwich boards to the parking area 100’ south of 1335 S. Woodbine Rd., West Linn OR. There will be some handicap spots available at the top of the pasture in closer proximity to the entrance of the sale. There will also be golf carts to help bring guests and their goods to and from their cars.

Kris Zorko is not only a mixed media paper artist, she’s also a longtime soapmaker. “I always bought handmade soap at farmer’s markets and often mentioned that I’d like to learn how to make it, so 26 years ago my sister gave me a book on soapmaking for my birthday. I’ve been making soap ever since. In fact, it’s a real family affair, as my brother made that first batch of soap with me, and my dad made the wooden soap molds that I still use!” Kris makes over 30 varieties of cold-process soap and will have a selection of them at Artists Greenhouse Sale. We're excited that Anne Johnson is returning to the Artists Greenhouse Sale in May. Anne creates stunning enamel jewelry and wall art. As she explains, "Powdered enamel glass is adhered to metal and fired in a kiln to about 1450 degrees, fusing the metal and glass. As the layers of glass are added and fired, slight variations occur, making each piece totally unique. I love the vibrant colors of enamel on metal, and how transparent enamels let the beautiful metal shine through." Candace Wilson has been working with clay ever since high school, when her art teacher introduced her to the potter’s wheel. A career in graphic design informs her work in ceramics — she incorporates words, texture and stamped designs into her colorful, whimsical work. “I truly love what I do, and hope to bring joy to people, whether it be a hand thrown coffee mug or a silly bird head sculpture,” she says. Candace will be bringing a variety of her ceramics to the sale, including lots of garden art and bee water cups!

How did it all (the Artists Greenhouse Sale) start? Over 20 years ago, Ann Munson had a greenhouse that was mostly empty and a bunch of artist-friends with leftover inventory from fall sales. Hence, the 1st AGHS was hatched as a "seconds and steals sale," held on the 1st weekend in December. We've evolved into a high quality arts & crafts sale like none other in the Pacific Northwest. Greta Schneider returns to the Artists Greenhouse Sale this year with her beautiful glass art, which ranges from elegant jewelry to whimsical critters. "My work is various forms of glass, fused in a kiln between about 1300 and 1500 degrees. Each firing in a large kiln may take about 20 hours. Glass art is both exciting and a challenge to create.
